I don't know if this problem is unique to me but the SupremeFX Audio Panel for some reason was just not exposed on the desktop. Im using an ASROCK H61M-HVS with VIA HD onboard audio. You should now find if you have speakers plugged into the rear jack and a headset and microphone in the front jack they are independent devices. Now click on HD Audio Front Panel, Make front and rear output devices playback two different audio streams simultaneously and Separate all input jacks as independent input devices. Now Click on the COG in the top right hand corner.
